Erin was working this morning so Mark and I went out before it got too hot and did a loop near Whiskey Town Lake. The Carr fire has burned many areas around here and a lot of areas are still closed due to possible falling trees.
Not as high of an altitude here as we have been at but still good views.
You can see all the burned trees here. On to Oregon tomorrow a 4.5 hour drive to Oakridge. We have been lucky with the heat waves avoiding the really hot spots.
